Vance distinguished Fuentes from Carlson, Joe Rogan and Megyn Kelly but did not condemn Carlson or distance himself from his longtime ally

I KNOW this is going to piss off the “woke right.”

So be it.

Let’s be very clear about JD Vance.

You cannot tell Jewish Republicans that you stand with Israel and against antisemitism while refusing to unequivocally distance yourself from Tucker Carlson.

Vance distinguished Nick Fuentes from Carlson, Joe Rogan and Megyn Kelly.

Fine.

But the question remains:

Where do you stand on Tucker Carlson?

Because silence is an answer too.

And Jewish Republicans are paying attention.

Here’s the message Vance needs to hear:

Your path to 2028 is NOT guaranteed.

Your job right now is to help Republicans win in 2026.

Do that job.

After that, Republicans will decide who deserves our support for 2028.

Rubio. DeSantis. Cruz. Others will emerge.

But if you continue refusing to draw the line when it comes to antisemitism and those who normalize it:

We’re DONE.

Our principles are not negotiable.

We’re watching.
We’re paying attention.
And WE will decide.

As a Jewish community leader I’m furious with our political leadership on both sides.

Dana Nessel skipped her own Democratic convention because she didn’t feel safe from antisemitism in her party. Then she told Jews they have a “moral imperative” to “sacrifice the comfort, safety and security and even the very future of our own people” and stay Democrat anyway.

This weekend Republican Jewish leaders rolled out the red carpet for JD Vance, who still won’t disavow Tucker Carlson after he platformed Nick Fuentes, and who has spent months sniping at Israel.

Neither party is protecting us. Stop telling Jews we have to pick a side.

President Donald Trump amplified a Christian lawmaker-backed plan to create expedited immigration pathways for Jewish Canadians fleeing antisemitism — sharing the proposal with millions on Truth Social.

Canada has reported nearly 7,000 antisemitic incidents in a country of roughly 41 million people. The U.S., with more than 342 million people, has reported fewer than 6,300. The National Association of Christian Lawmakers is urging the State Department and DHS to use existing refugee, humanitarian and visa authorities to help facilitate relocation for the more than 2,000 Jewish Canadians who have expressed interest.

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt has already told Trump his state would welcome Jewish families who legally enter the United States, and Jewish and Christian leaders in Tulsa have offered to help receive them.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) issued a strong rejection of antisemitic streamer Hasan Piker’s comments last week that Jewish supporters of Israel are inciting antisemitic violence against themselves, though he did not name Piker personally.

“The malicious claim that American Jews are inviting violence against themselves is dangerous and antisemitic,” Jeffries wrote on X on Monday. “There is zero justification for threats against the safety of our Jewish brothers and sisters at a moment of rising hate. We will fight the cancer of antisemitism with the fierce urgency of now.”

A new review of 136 Saudi Arabian school textbooks used in the 2025-26 academic year has found continued progress in removing extremist and discriminatory content - including the elimination of remaining antisemitic material - according to the educational monitoring organization IMPACT-se.

The report found that Islamic Studies textbooks now highlight peaceful historical relations between the Prophet Muhammad and Jewish, Christian, and Arab communities, while lessons on war prohibit harming civilians. References to Israel have become somewhat more neutral, with “the Zionist enemy” replaced by “the Israeli occupation.” Significant gaps remain - Israel does not appear by name on any maps, and the Holocaust is absent from a Grade 9 history textbook. Still, the overall trajectory is encouraging. “The overall trajectory is extremely encouraging and will inevitably contribute to greater regional stability and understanding,” said IMPACT-se CEO Marcus Sheff.
